During  the professional development course from the British Council dedicated to Mediation Competancy I gained extremely valuable experience . Everything was well - organized, structured and clearly presented. I especially appreciated the balance between theory and practice, which helped me not only to understand the concept of mediation  better  but also to see how it can be effectivly applyed in English language lessons.
 After completing this course I plan to implement the acquired knowledge in my lesson in order to develop my students' mediation skills. I believe this will help them to collaborate more effectively, express their idea clearly, adadt information for others and apply these skills in real-life situation.
  Overall, the course was very useful, inspiring and professionalyfocussed. I am grateful for opportunity to enhance my qualification in such a modern and important area.
